The Chef of Turandot restaurant Dmitry Eremeev has introduced a new summer menu with some bright colours and unusual flavour combinations.
Among the offered dishes, you can find tender scallops with potatoes and alfalfa, slightly roasted salmon with wild rice crisps and avocado sauce, warm salad with goat cheese and apples. We do recommend a juicy, crispy chicken by the Chef of Turandot Chinese cuisine Chiang Wai Chong.
In nasty weather, the guests of Turandot restaurant will warm themselves by trying our sorrel Thai soup, octopus in a black pepper sauce or an original combination of leek and crabs. For the meat lovers, we are happy to offer steaks with eggplants and quinoa.
Our young dim sum Chef Jason also has prepared something special for our guests in summer season. For the fans of traditional Chinese snacks, Turandot offers 4 new types of dim sum: crispy dim sum with shrimps, dim sum with shrimps and water chestnut, dim sum with lamb, rice flour dim sum with shrimps and asparagus.
And for those who have sweet tooth, there is panna cotta with strawberry sorbet.
