On 27th January, Turandot restaurant invites you to plunge into the world of French haute cuisine and the ultimate Burgundy wines. On this day, our restaurant’s permanent chef Dmitry Eremeev will cook for the guests together with a specially invited chef from Paris, Alain Geeam.

Alan has worked in France in such institutions as: Auberge Nicolas Flamel, Zango Les Halles, Mauzac and Totem. Mr. Geeam is also the restaurants’ owner – AG St Germain-des-Près and AG Les Halles.

Dmitry’s and Alan’s tandem is not a premiere – in December 2016, the chefs already cooked dinner together in Paris. The audience highly appreciated their duo, so it’s time for a return visit!

The guests of Turandot restaurant will be served a 7 courses set. Dmitry Eremeev is offering an original tapas ‘Olivier’ under a flower and a hamachi ceviche as a starter, lamb loin with aubergines as a main dish and his legendary dessert – Melbu. Alan Geeam promised to surprise the guests with a starter of foie gras and mango, sea bass with black risotto, mussels and spinach, and, finally, a chocolate soufflé with caramel ice-cream! The selection of best wines will be recommended for dinner.

The dinner starts at 8pm. Set price (7 courses) – 5 900 rubles.

A prize drawing will be held during the evening – the guests will have the opportunity to win a SPA-program for two in the design hotel Stand Art, located next to Turandot restaurant. The partner’s choice was not accidental, as the sense of beauty is not alien to Stand Art’s nature, as the hotel’s theme is the art, and they see their mission not only in comforting their guests, but enlightening them.
